Exceptional staff, great breakfast options.

the crowne plaza was a really nice hotel with excellent staff. the location is perfect, close to many attractions on the pest side. complimentary water was a nice touch, and the breakfast was excellent, always well stocked. one standout service was how they allowed me to stay in my room until 2pm without charge when I was slightly unwell.

Delayed delivery of luggage right after check-in!!! Dated room decor lacks freshness and doesn't keep up with modern standards!!! Noise issues from neighboring rooms really detracted from my relaxation!!! Internet connection was disappointingly slow for basic needs!!!

Had an awesome stay with my family in a spacious king room, where the kids loved the walk-in shower and I enjoyed the comfy chair by the window. We also took advantage of the sauna and sun loungers to unwind. Just a heads up, the coffee at breakfast could use a little work, but it didn’t ruin our time! ☕️

We had an amazing stay! The breakfast was incredible with fresh-squeezed orange juice and a great variety of delicious options. Our spacious room had a comfy bed and lovely bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices that exceeded expectations for a four-star hotel. The spaciousness of the room allowed for comfortable movement, which is important when traveling as a couple. It's a plus that there's direct access to a large mall, providing convenience for shopping and dining. I particularly enjoyed the garden view from my room, making mornings much more pleasant.

While the experience was overall enjoyable, noise from the adjacent mall could be disruptive at times.

Spacious room with strong Wi-Fi. No bedside outlets made charging devices a hassle. Enjoyed the walking tours available nearby, adding local culture to our stay.

Staying for four nights at Crowne Plaza Budapest was just fantastic! The spacious room was immaculate, and I loved the large work desk that made it easy to catch up on some tasks while traveling. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home.

Could use more bedside outlets.

The shopping center attached was convenient, but the bathroom lacked a shaver socket.

Staying here with friends was amazing! The location is perfect, right next to Hungary's largest shopping mall, which made shopping and dining super easy. We also visited the Hungarian State Opera House, a must-see culture spot. The spacious rooms were great, and breakfast offered plenty of choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was an all-around awesome experience!

The only downside was the lack of plugs beside the bed. It would have been nice to charge my phone overnight without getting up.

The stay was excellent, especially due to the very spacious room and the amazing breakfast options available each morning. The location was convenient, near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, having direct access to a shopping mall was a great bonus. Although there was no pool or extensive dining options in the hotel, the positive aspects certainly outweighed those downsides.

The room was spacious with a comfy sofa bed, and the gym was well-equipped with modern fitness center facilities. Staff were super helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
